The chemical laboratory of Verdiakis Eleon implements procedures that ensure the excellent quality and authentic flavor of its olive oil.
These procedures are as follows:
- Lab analysis of selected samples in every batch that is meant for purchase or sale. Moreover, regular analyses are carried out every time we receive or ship cargo.
- Organoleptic (human) evaluation of all samples to be sure of their rich and full flavor, natural aromas and the absence of any defects.
